Take 1 mango; peel & seed, mash with a fork in a bowl, then add in milk & coconut cream.

Once pudding is well set, run a pairing or butter knife along the inside of the ramekin to release pudding. Dunk bottom of the ramekin in hot water for a couple of seconds to help release the bottom.
