How much does shipping cost?

$9.99 flat shipping rate.

How long does it take to deliver the meal kit?

Shipping takes 1 or 2 days. The specific delivery date will be highlighted during the checkout process before final payment is made. Boxes ship out once a week on Tuesday and should reach you on a Wednesday or Thursday.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to the following states: CA, AZ, NV, OR, WA, UT, CO & ID.

What happens if I am not at home to receive the meal kit box?

The meal kit will be left at your front door. You should put all ingredients into the fridge as soon as the box is delivered.

Are the ingredients the same as in the restaurant?

We try to ensure all ingredients are the same as what is used in the restaurants however in some cases we may find a suitable substitute.

Can I order just 1 item?

You can order 1 item as long as the order value is above $60.

Can I order from different restaurants?

You will need to make a separate purchase if you want to order from different restaurants.

Is ChefMealKits a subscription service?

No.

Can I change my delivery address after I have paid for the meal kit box?

Please contact support@chefmealkits.com and we will try to update delivery address however this cannot be guaranteed.

What days do you deliver?

Wednesday or Thursday.

What do I do if items are missing from my meal kit box?

Please contact us at support@chefmealkits.com on the day you received delivery of the box. We will then try to do our best to resolve the problem.

What is the shop policy/refund policy?

Customers can not have a refund on orders that they have placed.

What if my ingredients are damaged?

Please contact support@chefmealkits.com and send us a picture of the item on the day you receive the box. We will then try to do our best to resolve the problem.
