In a large mixing bowl, combine together the paste & cream. Add onions & chicken, mix well to thoroughly coat, then season with pepper.

Remove pastry circle from the refrigerator. Lightly dust your counter or work space with flour (along with the rolling pin) & carefully roll out the pastry to aprx 1/4 inch thickness. Using a small side dish as a guide, trace around the plate with a knife or pizza wheel to cut four 8 inch rounds.
