  • Red onion (thinly sliced)
  • Lemon (halved & juiced)

    Add ginger & garlic pastes, yogurt & 1 tsp of salt, mix well but be gentle to not break up the paneer. Let it sit refrigerated for a minimum of 1 hr (to overnight).
