    Clean, peel & quarter potatoes; place in a large pot with cold water & bring to a boil. Reduce heat to a simmer & let potatoes cook for approximately 30 mins or until fork tender. Delicately drain & transfer to a bowl.

    Start by seasoning your short ribs generously with salt & pepper, rub & massage well to coat. Now in a bowl with the flour, dredge short ribs (make sure you shake off the excess flour).

    Place blackberries, sugar & water in your saucepan, over medium heat. Cook (stirring occasionally) till the berries become soft & begin to break down, aprx 4-5 mins. Remove from heat & let cool.

    Carefully strain the braising liquid through a fine mesh strainer & in a saucepan bring liquid to a boil then reduce heat to gently simmer & reduce nape (approximately 15 mins). Taste, season & spoon over beef.
