An Italian classic, inspired by the colors of the Italian flag & named after Queen Margherita. I had to come up with this dough recipe out of necessity. One night I thought it might be fun to make pizzas with my 6 year old daughter. Trying to make it easy I bought pre-done pizza shell. My daughter was so excited to make pizza, but when she saw that pizza shell she started crying & said, “but I thought we were going to make the dough, this isn't making pizza!” Needless to say I scaled down my dough recipe to this home version.
