Romaine heart (chopped)
Genoa salami (1/2" diced)
Mortadella (1/2" diced)
Provolone (1/2" diced)
Giardineira (coarsely chopped)
Roasted red pepper (drained & diced)
Marinated artichoke hearts (drained)
Shallot (thinly sliced)
Green olives (coarsely chopped)
Kalamata olives (coarsely chopped)
Sea salt & black pepper

Vinaigrette

Red wine vinegar
Lemon juice
Honey
Extra virgin olive oil
Sea salt & black pepper

Combine all ingredients in large bowl & toss in vinaigrette. Season with salt & pepper to taste. (Pro-Tip: To avoid a soggy salad, make sure the lettuce is completely dried & add just half of the vinaigrette to start. You can always add more later to your liking.)
