This is a popular dish that we do at the restaurant during the fall season. The sweetness of the reduction balances really well with the natural saltiness from the bacon.

Bacon (Diced & cooked til crispy)
Parmesan cheese (Shaved)

Combine ingredients in a heavy-bottomed saucepan over medium heat & reduce by half in volume.

Plate & serve in a large deep dish for everyone to help themselves at the table. Drizzle that sweet balsamic reduction you made, & shave some fresh parmesan cheese over the finished Brussel sprouts, using a potato peeler.
