    In a heavy bottom pot over medium-high, heat the milk to 190 degrees. Then turn off the heat & add in the white vinegar. Let the mixture sit for about 30 min or until the milk has clearly separated.

    Cut squash in half (horizontal, not vertical) & scoop out the middle. You can dice the middle section & throw it into the vegetable mixture.
