    In deep heavy bottomed pot with 2-3 cps of oil, preheated to 350F degrees over medium heat, fry Fries in small batches till crisp & golden brown.

    Mix Golden Dipt Beer Batter with ice water, cover & reserve in the fridge till needed. (Pro Tip: Add a pinch of paprika or cayenne for an added bite, Optional.)

    To plate, fish goes on top of fries, leave room for a small cup or large ramekin of coleslaw on the plate. Serve with a wedge of lemon & tartar sauce on the side.
