Cavatelli Dough

  • Egg
  • Ricotta cheese
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Sea salt
Cook & Serve
  • Olive oil (as needed)
  • Italian pork sausage
  • Garlic cloves (thinly sliced)
  • Red chili flakes
  • Rapini (roughly chopped)
  • Chicken stock
  • Cannellini beans, (rinsed & drained)
  • Lemon (fresh squeezed)
  • Cavatelli pasta (cooked)
  • Butter
  • Pecorino Romano (grated)
  • Sea salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper

    Place all ingredients into the mixing bowl of a Kitchen Aid mixer with the dough hook attachment; mix on medium speed until a dough just comes together and forms. (Pro Tip: You can do this in a bowl with fork and then switch to using your hands.)
