Ramekins, or cupcake pan, Bowl, Pot, Whisk, Wire strainer, Knife & board, Measurig spoons

Mise en place

4 5-6 ounce ramekins (or cupcake pan)
2 tbsp Butter (melt to brush ramekins)
2 tbsp All purpose flour
