Green Goddess Dressing

1/4 cup Greek Yogurt
1/4 tsp Tarragon (Chopped)
1/4 tsp Thyme (Chopped)
1/4 tsp Rosemary (Chopped)
1/2 cup Parsley (Chopped)
1/4 tsp Chives
1/4 tsp Garlic (Chopped)
1 tsp Lemon juice
2 Tbs Champagne vinegar
1 Tbs Honey
1/2 tsp Sea salt
1/4 tsp Black pepper
1/2 cup Olive oil

Green Goddess Dressing

Combine all ingredients (except for olive oil) in the blender. Pulse & blend until all are combined, then slowly drizzle in the olive oil until mixture is emulsified. Using a rubber spatula, transfer dressing from blender to bowl, cover & set aside.
