In a large mixing bowl, gently toss all ingredients to combine; taste & adjust desired seasoning.

Chorizo beurre blanc

In a large saucepan over medium-high heat, add chorizo & render until enough fat has come off to coat the bottom of the pan. Add paprikas, cumin & toast for 1-2 mins; stir in bell pepper & garlic & continue to saute for aprx 3-5 mins more to fully render pork, but be careful not to burn the garlic.
