  • Ground beef
  • Onion (Finely diced)
  • Green onion (Finely sliced)
  • Whole eggs (Lightly beaten)
  • Panko
  • Pecorino romano (Grated)
  • Whole milk
  • Sea salt
  • Black pepper
  • Olive oil (As needed)
Sugo
  • Olive oil (As needed)
  • Onion (Diced)
  • Garlic cloves (Peeled & crushed)
  • Pear tomatoes
  • Sea salt
  • Granulated sugar

  • Basil leaves (Chopped)
Assemble & Serve
