Blue Cheese vinaigrette

  • Blue cheese crumbles
  • White wine vinegar
  • Water (as needed)
  • Sugar

Poached egg

Assemble & serve
  • Slab bacon (small diced)
  • Baby iceberg (cored & quartered)
  • Crimini mushrooms (scrub & stem)
  • Cucumber (par-peeled & sliced)
  • Shallot (thinly sliced)
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Sea salt & black pepper
