Nothing like rolling & cutting gnocchi to bring back fond memories of weekend mornings with grandma. This old Italian classic gets a fun new twist with my pistachio pesto.

Basil (Loosely packed leaves)
Pistachios
Garlic cloves (Peeled)

Salt & pepper (Sea salt recommended)

Potatoes (roasted & riced)
All purpose flour (sifted & 1/2 cup reserved)
Eggs (room temp & beaten)
