    While the biscuits are baking, let's make gravy! In a large oiled heavy-bottom pan over medium heat, crumble & brown sausage (aprx 5 min), frequently stirring with a wooden spoon. Add sifted flour & mix in completely.

    For the eggs, preheat a nonstick saute pan over medium heat, lined with cooking oil (aprx 2 tsp). Once hot carefully transfer cracked eggs from kitchen ramekins or custard cups to pan.
