  • Tarragon (Chopped)
  • Lemon (Zested)
  • Sea salt
  • Black pepper

Aioli
  • Mayonnaise
  • Lemon (Zested & juiced)
  • Garlic Clove (Pressed)
Cook & Serve
  • Canola oil
  • Micro basil
  • Smoked paprika

    Halve & devein garlic clove, on a cutting board with the flat side of your chef knife, press & smear clove to a fine paste (may use a small pinch of salt to help)

    Heat oil in a pot over medium heat to 350F degrees. Dip cold stuffed blossoms into the cold batter & fry till golden brown, flip once to ensure even cooking & coloring. Drain on paper & dust with paprika.
