In a heavy bottom pot, with your hand, lightly rinse your rice under cold running water, 2-3 times. (Pro Tip: Rinse rice completely & thoroughly if you're using a rice cooker instead of a stove-top pot.)

While rice is cooking, combine all ingredients in a pot, dissolve over medium heat & cook for 3 mins.

Turn rice out onto a large mixing bowl & remove the bottom layer if colored or dried out. With a wet paddle split up rice mound, pour in Sharizu (sushi su) & gently fold in, to completely mix with the rice.
