Sharp knife & board, Mixing bowl, Spoon
Rice (rinsed & soaked)
Ahi Tuna (cut into cubes)
Vidalia onion (halved & thinly sliced or julienne)
Sesame seeds (lightly toasted)
Green onion (thinly sliced)
Macadamia nuts (Toasted)
Hawaiian pink salt

Carefully measure rice into a pot & rinse under running water, swishing with your hands. Drain the milky water out & repeat this step till water no long runs cloudy. Very gently & carefully rub the grains together between your hands (to "polish").

Toast the sesame seeds then reserve, do the same for the macadamia nuts. Prep your mise en place.
