The Gaglione Bros. menu and recipes started well before Joe, Andy, and Tony broke ground on their first restaurant. It began in older brother Joe's kitchen in Pacific Beach where they created and tested subs and menu items to their liking. Then in 2004, feeling confident they created a recipe for success, the brothers threw caution to the wind and opened the first Gaglione Bros. Famous Steaks & Subs right in their own neighborhood in San Diego.
